Welcome to SocialRobot.io (“SocialRobot”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including social media scheduling, AI-generated content, and analytics tools (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Who Can Use SocialRobot

To use SocialRobot, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using our Services, you represent that:

• You meet these eligibility requirements,
• You will only use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Account and Access

To access the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information including your name and email. You are responsible for:

• Securing your login credentials,
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You may cancel or delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings or by contacting [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we detect unauthorized use, abuse of the Services, posting or scheduling of illegal content, or any other violation of these Terms.

3. Connecting Third-Party Platforms

You may connect your social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) to SocialRobot. By doing so, you:

• Authorize us to interact with these platforms on your behalf,
• Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with third-party terms.

We are not affiliated with nor responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services.

4. AI Content and User Responsibility

SocialRobot uses artificial intelligence to help generate social media content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content before posting,
• Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform rules,
• Avoiding use of AI output in misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful ways.

5. Plans, Billing & Refunds

Free Plan

We offer a no-cost Free plan for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms and the usage limits published on our pricing page at the time you use the Services. At present, the Free plan includes:

• Up to 2 connected social accounts (X/Twitter is not included),
• Up to 15 scheduled posts per calendar month,
• API and MCP access with a daily request limit (currently 200 requests per day per account),
• No AI image generation.

Free accounts do not require a payment method. We may change Free plan limits, features, or availability at any time. Material reductions will be announced on the pricing page or by email where practical. Continued use after a limit change constitutes acceptance of the updated limits.

Paid Subscription Plans

We also offer the following paid plans:

• Starter
• Pro
• Enterprise (custom agreement)

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe, either monthly or annually, and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Paid Plans)

If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting [email protected]. This guarantee does not apply to the Free plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time, whether you are on the Free plan or a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions can also be canceled from your billing settings; access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless you delete your account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After a paid subscription ends, your account may revert to Free plan limits if you keep your account open.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to post, schedule, or distribute spam, hate speech, or illegal content,
• Abuse the Services, including harassment, fraud, or attempts to circumvent usage limits or security controls,
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or other users' experiences,
• Attempt to reverse engineer or resell access to our Services.

Abuse of the Services or posting or scheduling illegal material may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund where permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, including our software, brand, and website content, remain the exclusive property of SocialRobot. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works unless explicitly authorized in writing.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content and grant us a license to process it for the purposes of delivering the Services.

8. Privacy and GDPR

We are based in the Netherlands and fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the following personal data:

• Name
• Email address

9. Disclaimers

We provide our Services “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for uptime and accuracy, we do not warrant that:

• The Services will be error-free,
• Results from AI or analytics are guaranteed,
• Third-party integrations will always be available or functional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SocialRobot shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits,
• Content posted through your connected accounts.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email or the platform. Continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, unless otherwise required by law.
