Setup

How to install the SocialRobot n8n node

Instance owners and admins install verified nodes from the canvas. After that, anyone on that n8n instance can use it.

Connect accounts in SocialRobot

The node publishes through logins under Scheduler → Accounts. You don't register a Meta or LinkedIn app of your own.

Create an API key

Scheduler → API keys. Copy it once. That's the same key the REST API sends as x-api-key.

Install from More from the community

On the canvas, hit + or press N. Open More from the community, find SocialRobot, then Install. Cloud owners can turn on verified community nodes in the Cloud Admin Panel if that section is missing.

Add the SocialRobot API credential

Credentials → SocialRobot API. Paste the key. Leave Base URL at https://socialrobot.io/api unless you run a local instance.

Self-hosted and skipping the verified catalog? Install @socialrobot-io/n8n-nodes-socialrobot from Settings → Community nodes, or npm install it into a custom image. n8n verified-node install docs
