Things you can ask

Write to it like you'd write to someone on your team.

Plan

  • Help me plan this week
  • What's going out on Friday?
  • Did we already post about the sage glaze?
  • Turn this blog post into a week of posts

Create

  • Write a post about our best seller
  • Make it shorter and a bit warmer
  • An image of our mugs in our colors
  • Put Friday's post on Bluesky too

Check

  • What did well last month?
  • How are my accounts doing?
  • Why did Tuesday's post fail?
  • Which post was that?

You stay in charge.

Robot helps. Every decision stays yours.

  • It never posts on its ownRobot makes drafts. You open them in the scheduler or save them, and you choose when they go out.
  • You see what it remembersEverything it has learned is listed on your brand's page. Forget any line with one click.
  • It only opens links you sendA page it reads can't change what it remembers, and it skips sites that don't allow readers like it.
  • Each brand stays separateMemory, voice and colors never cross from one brand to another.
  • Try things without teaching itChats in testing mode don't save anything to its memory.
  • Your posts stay yoursWe don't train models on your posts.

Robot comes with Starter and Pro.

Starter is $19 a month, with 5 brands and 200 on-brand images. Pro is $29, with 20 brands and 500 images.

Questions, answered

Does Robot post for me?

No. It plans with you and makes the posts. You open them in the scheduler or save them as drafts, change what you like, and choose when they go out. To add scheduled posts to another network, it shows you the changes and waits for your OK.

Will the posts sound like me?

Yes. It learns your products from your website and your voice from your recent posts. What you tell it comes first, and it learns from the drafts you edit and publish. You still read every post before it goes out. We don't train models on your posts.

Does it write differently for each network?

Yes. It knows each network's limits and habits and fills in what each one has: threads on X and Threads, Pin and TikTok titles, first comments on Instagram and LinkedIn, the Threads topic and alt text for images. You see every field before it goes to your scheduler.

Which plans include Robot?

Starter and Pro, with on-brand images included (200 a month on Starter, 500 on Pro). On Free, SocialRobot still learns your products from your website, but Robot isn't included.

Does it remember what I tell it?

Yes. Say a lasting preference, like “no emojis” or “always end with a question”, and it remembers it in your next chats for that brand. What you tell it outranks the style it picks up from old posts. It also learns from edits you publish, kept separate for each network. You can see and remove everything it remembers.

Can it see what I already scheduled?

Yes. Ask what goes out next week, or about any post on any network. It checks the text, each account's status, media, publishing settings and errors, including whether a TikTok is set to publish automatically or go to your inbox. To add scheduled posts to another network, it previews the changes and waits for your OK; each post keeps its own date and time.

Can I use Robot for several brands or clients?

Yes. Each brand (5 on Starter, 20 on Pro) has its own accounts, memory, voice and colors, so one client's preferences never end up in another's posts.

Can it read a link?

Yes. Send a link to a web page, or to a Bluesky or Mastodon post, and it reads it before it writes. It only opens links you send, follows each site's robots.txt and stops at sites that block automated readers. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest and YouTube don't allow it, so for those you paste the text; a link to one of your own posts works from what SocialRobot already has. A page it reads can't change what it remembers.
