Can I see posts I published before connecting?

Account totals like reach and followers come from each network, so they count those posts. Top posts list what you publish through SocialRobot. Paid plans can also import recent native posts so your agent learns from them: turn on post history import in settings. The period depends on the network.

Why do my accounts show different metrics?

Each network shares different data. Account type, permissions, and available history also matter. TikTok, for example, provides lifetime totals per video, while other networks support reporting periods. An unavailable metric does not mean the result is zero.

Can I compare networks?

Yes. The overview brings together performance for your supported accounts, and you can open each account to review its posts. Keep in mind that views, impressions, and people reached measure different things.
