Do I need Canva Pro?

No. Free Canva designs export as JPG. Designs that include purchased or Pro-only elements can fail until those licenses are on the Canva account.

What gets imported?

JPG pages you pick (page 1 by default, or any set of pages on multi-page designs). Each page becomes its own image on the post, so carousels work. We don't pull videos or editable Canva files.
